Ever since I attended middle university, I knew I wanted to become a HVAC expert. I know many people who think that trade universities aren’t the right option. But it was for me. See, my Grandpa and my Mom were both HVAC experts. I even got a chance to go to labor with my Mom during my summer vacation, and I appreciated it so much. He was well known and appreciated in the remote areas he went to. Mom typically went above and beyond to leave his buyers triumphant. If there was a single mom who needed some help around the house, he didn’t hesitate. Mom would return during his free afternoons and repair everything from powder rooms to kitchens and even mowing lawns. The people were so brave raising their kids, and he said this was his way of giving back. There was one dude I remember who Mom appreciated going to see. She’d have cookies and milk ready for me while Mom was tied up at work. Later, when I went to HVAC university and became a HVAC pro, I made sure to visit her. She lives in the same locale and is now much older. Once, I arrived and the elderly guy wanted me to update the air filter in his home. She used to be able to do it herself, however now it’s a bit harder for me. His kids do come to visit, but I didn’t mind helping her with the old air filter. I also do free HVAC repair since I’ve known him for ages. Mom would do the same so I am carrying on his great work.
