Sam and I negotiated and managed to walk away with 10 acres of land, plus the 3 dining room chalet. 1 issue was the chalet had no heating and cooling. If my great friend and I wanted to rent it out to fellow travelers, Sam and I knew my great friend and I had to sort out the heating and cooling. This is an isolated region that’s accessible, however so far from the nearest town. Sam and I had to ask the previous owner to refer us to a reliable heating and A/C company.
