Sam came to the property with the best news.
I was in the kitchen of our house and was eager to find out what Sam had to say. Sam told me that the real estate agent had called and said our bid was accepted. I shouted with joy and this sent our cat scurrying away. I went after Sam to offer comfort. But I was still celebrating this great news. It had been an agonizing three afternoons waiting to hear back from the homeowners. Sam and I had found the perfect house, however there were also other people who put in offers. This was our perfect dream property and I spent the entire time praying that we’d get it. Finally, it was ours and Sam and I could transport in two weeks. This was time enough for the owners to clear out the house. The day of the transport was amazing, and I cried so much because this was a living dream come true. A month after that, Sam and I were ready to take care of the HVAC system in the house. It wasn’t in the worst condition, however Sam and I wanted to start afresh. I told Sam it was best that we get a new HVAC system to use in the house.
