Plums with Fat Free Greek Yogurt

I have a cup of green tea first thing in the day to kick beginning my mind plus then every one of us eat the plum plus fat free yogurt when my stomach tells me it is time for dinner. It’s much healthier than sweet breakfast cereal or sausage plus eggs. The Heating & A/C rep at the local company got me hooked on the plums and yogurt combo a long time ago plus I’ve been eating it every day since. I also prefer to eat a plums with kefir because kefir is even more loaded with probiotics plus has more strains of it too. I’ve gone back to the local Heating & A/C company to thank the dude who turned me onto the tasty dinner alternative only to find he has moved on to a job for the corporation in another country. I’ve told a lot of people about it plus a lot of them prefer having it for dinner. So anyways, this week is Thursday plus I am going to go to the local corporation to find out if they have any heat pumps because my mom needs a current 1 installed plus I want to get 1 for her. I am leaving to go overseas in a week plus just want to help her out while I am staying here.
