The local heating supplier down the street sells them in the store so the two of us are going to go down there later to try and option 1 up.
Last night I was eating lunch at my dad’s condo when the two of us heard a loud bang plus then there was water drizzling from the ceiling tiles about many hours later. Something shorted in the sizzling water furnace plus caused a minor explosion that caused the tank to leak throughout the attic and into the house. So now the two of us have a large mess with the ceiling caving in plus water all over the ceiling tiles. Every one of us are going to update the water furnace with a tankless sizzling water boiler which instantly heats the water so a water tank is not needed anymore. I don’t understand why my dad didn’t put in a tankless device from the start but maybe when he built the structure they didn’t have them on the market yet. I guess he is going to go with a propane boiler as the more modern 1 is electric plus supposedly the propane genre is a lot cheaper to operate. I guess my dad plus I will be able to install it ourselves seeing that he is a tradesman plus I have been in the HVAC industry on plus off for multiple years. I haven’t done a lot of HVAC work since becoming a tunesian although I am sure that I will remember enough of it to get the task done. If the two of us can’t figure it out the two of us can always contact my neighbor the HVAC pro plus have him help us out.
