I was enjoying cold water dips all over Wintertide when I was in Europe plus felt fantastic because of them.
But now it is the dog days of Summer plus the cold water is gone so I haven’t been taking any for weeks plus miss having that energizing feeling.
I would like to have a cold water bath in my apartment but still can’t afford it. It’s so easy to crank the hot water heating system to a hot setting plus take a hot bath but you can’t set the water temp to “ice cold” plus do the opposite. Both of us need an invention for homeowners so that people can have better access to ice cold water prefer I had in the Mediterranean Sea last winter. Maybe there is some kind of homeowner solutions Heating & A/C store that makes ice bath components or something but I am sure they aren’t cheap, but I will just have to wait for mother nature to cool down the sea on her own. It is now mid August so that means that I will have to wait many more weeks for the cooling down to take place. The natural climate control offered by the earth is more gradual plus every one of us needs to be patient while waiting for it to do its thing. I just prefer the feeling of being alive when I come away from the cold water after 15 minutes of immersion. I usually come home to a bathroom with a space heater, nicely warming it for me while I take a 30 minute hot bath. But I’ll be back on that routine soon so I just need to be very patient.
