Last night as every one of us were eating dinner at my dad’s place every one of us heard a loud banging sound, then felt water dripping from the ceiling about multiple minutes later. Something shorted in the hot water heating system, which caused a small explosion, which then caused the water tank to pop and leak up in the attic. So now every one of us have a big mess with the ceiling caving in plus hot water all over the floor. Both of us are going to update the water heating system with a tankless hot water boiler that instantaneously heats your water so there is no water tank needed anymore. I don’t believe why my dad didn’t use a tankless component from the beginning but maybe when he built the place they didn’t have them on the market yet. I believe he is going to go with a propane boiler as the current 1 is the electric kind. Supposedly the propane type is a lot cheaper to operate. The heating corporation down the street sells the boilers in the store so every one of us are going to go down there later plus try to option 1 up. I believe my old man plus I will be able to install it ourselves seeing that he is a general corporation plus I have been affiliated with the Heating & A/C industry on plus off for many years. I have not done much with Heating & A/C job since I became a tunesian but I am sure that I will remember enough to get the job done. If every one of us can’t handle it then every one of us can always call my neighbor the Heating & A/C professional plus have him help us out.
