I have just gained an enormous promotion at work with an offer to move to another state! I have been requesting transport for many years now.
Part of the reason for this was that our family lived there, and I wanted to be closer to them.
It finally happened, and I was so psyched to move, then since I owned the house, I decided to sell it. Since I wanted to sell this apartment abruptly, I called our realtor. My work had only given me a week to settle down, as I did not suppose a week was enough, when our realtor visited, she brought an air conditioning professional to help assess the heat as well as AC products! From experience, having a home with a quality air conditioning plan would sell faster. The realtor advocated a few variations to the home and left me with the air conditioning tech! He analyzed our cooling component as well as advocated that I have a cooling expert do some repairs on the a/c. I gained a fantastic offer numerous days after the first showing after the updates, which positively shocked me. I was able to sell the house, move into our new home and be back to work.
