If you ask me, it’s pretty damn funny how hastily people receive new standards and new identities, after short periods with a new lifestyle or life experience. I know like everybody has a story of a distant associate who got too big for their britches at some point, out of the red. All of a sudden, you see someone go from a pretty “normal” human being, to an insufferable turd. All it takes is a new job, a dream car, a expensive apartment, or a fat raise for this transition to occur in most of us. Sometimes, it can be even less. It could be as straight-forward as staying in modern, substituted high quality indoor air equipment. Recently, I was ready to shake our boyfriend after he obviously got a know for the nice life. He went out of town for a couple of days and stayed in a 4 star hotel. Well, it turns out, that hotel had the best indoor air unit on the market in that area. Or, at least he keeps telling myself and others that the indoor temperature control in that hotel was the best on Earth. I swear, he hasn’t stopped talking day in and day out to myself and others and almost everyone who will listen about the high quality indoor air and temperature control that he had for those weeks. He’s been back from the amazing indoor air pollen levels control for at least 2 weeks now, and he hasn’t stopped bringing up the advanced indoor air temperature appliances that he was sooooo blown away by. Everyday, he walks over to our control unit down the hallway and sighs dramatically. He acts as though the two of us have no indoor air temperature control and we’re living in a cardboard box at this point. Sometimes, I want to lock him out on the porch so he can sleep without any indoor air temperature control whatsoever. See what you think about our central Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system then.
