A couple of weeks ago, our association where I work put on our annual conference.
It is almost entirely our job, although our boss does help a little, however plus, he takes responsibility for signing the sizable contract, which I certainly don’t want to do, then anyway, even though I do all the work, he gets the great stuff, including this gigantic suite of rooms way up high.
I have never even seen a room like that in our life, so I can only imagine it plus look at pictures. Anyway, I had what was called a Junior Suite, which was perfectly fantastic with me. It was certainly the best room I have ever had, so I was perfectly glad. In fact, I was super glad because I found out in the afternoon after our first night there that his air conditioner was on the fritz! Can you imagine staying in a 5 star resort plus having the a/c doing a lackluster job in your presidential suite? My room was smaller, however at least the cooling system was working correctly. When I first got back from doing our work on the hour afternoon, though, I had our doubts, because when I walked in, it felt like the heating system was running instead of the a/c. I called down to the desk right away, however then I started looking at the temperature control. I discovered it wasn’t on automatic, plus the Heating plus A/C guy who came to our house 1 time told me the temperature control should consistently be on the automatic setting. So I switched the mode from “high fan” to “automatic,” plus everything was fine.
