When I had to be out of neighborhood for a week recently, our associate agreed to come plus be our pet sitter. It was so nice of her,as she lives about a many minute drive away, so she really made an effort to help me. She did a good job, except our dog does not listen and she used to. In other words, I assume our associate spoiled her a bit. That’s okay, though! When she was here, one thing she did that I found a bit odd was that she turned up our temperature control really high. She set the a/c on 75 degrees. To me, that is prefer being in a heating system or oil furnace or something. As long as she was comfortable, that’s all that matters, although I find it so weird that anyone wants it to be that tepid in the house. I will say that I do have a ceiling fan in each room, so that makes the a/c assume colder than it really is, then nonetheless, I have to set the temperature control on 72 in order to be comfortable, plus then when I go to bed, I want even more cooling. I turn the temperature control down to 71 plus use a light, fluffy blanket. When our child comes to visit, she wants even more cooling than I do. She wants to put the temperature control on 69 degrees! I balk at that because I dread the bill when it comes in, although I do let her do it. She is 31 now, but she is still our little girl, after all.
