When I bought the perfect sized building for the bakery of my dreams, I was stunned at the cost, then i thought I was getting quite a deal on the building.
- Since I didn’t spend what I expected, I found myself flush with cash.
I was able to buy the best oven, baking equipment, display cases, tables and chairs that I wanted. I even spent quite a bit of cash on the decor of the bakery because I had the cash. Well I bought the building in the summertime. I had the AC pumping and happily worked away. When the weather started getting colder I realized why I got the deal, then the bakery had no form of gas furnace. I only had a central AC system, then desperate, I started hunting around for a quick heating fix. The building is too big to have space heating systems do the job… Also, it would look awful and be a waste of electricity with these systems. It looked care about the only thing that could handle my building size was a boiler system. A boiler is a unquestionably luxurious gas furnace and I just didn’t have the cash, however my bakery hadn’t been operational for more than more than one weeks. I started contemplating taking out a loan when I realized that there are boiler rental businesses. I hastily got on the phone and got a temporary boiler installed in my bakery. I now pay a small rental fee to have heating. What is good is that once the weather heats up I will have them take away the boiler. By that point I will have the cash to buy my own when the next Wintertide arrives.
