The people I was with and I could either invest in a boiler system, which would provide heat plus humidity, or we could go with a gas gas furnace, either way, our ductwork needed to be repaired, so that cost was assumed in both cases, getting a new boiler system would be more fancy, however it would be much more effective for heating the beach house plus keeping it warm; Meanwhile, the gas gas furnace would abruptly heat the beach house plus not require as extensive of an upgrade. The people I was with and I were pretty torn for a while, right up until about 2 weeks before winter! That’s when we had our “eureka” moment, while using a humidifier to help us sleep. The boiler system would make it so that we didn’t need to use the humidifier at all! It was settled. The people I was with and I were going to install the boiler system, plus we succeeded in doing so with just 2 days to spare. Talk about being just in time!
