When I moved into our new house, it came with a smart control device already installed, this was a pressing selling point for me, plus blatantly others! There was an intense bidding war between many of us on this house, plus I’m happy to say I came out on top. The whole Heating, Ventilation & A/C plan was replaced plus the smart control device was installed too, which is not a cheap investment, then i knew I wanted this house when our realtor told me about the improvement. It took a little time to figure out how to use the smart control device to its full potential, however I suppose I’ve finally got it. The first thing I had to do was download the app, so it would be fastened to our iphone. This is an incredible invention, because I can lock the settings to whatever I want, but nobody can alter the temperature separate from our iphone plus permission. The app will show our my heating plus air patterns, plus adjust the temperature based on our previous settings. I hardly have to pay attention to our control device settings now, because the smart control device makes everything perfect. When I leave the house for work, our control device resets itself to a neutral temperature separate from shutting off completely. This allows our plan to stay energy efficient! One of the best features of our new smart control device is how it alerts me whenever something is peculiar or unusual; Buying this house has been 1 of the best investments I’ve ever made, the smart control device included!
