First day on the job

I was recently provided a job that I could not refuse.

I have been working as a doctor in a small hospital for the past couple of years as well as I am easily ready for a change.

I appreciate the hospital I currently labor at but I don’t receive much experience because they are not several patients that come in every day. Most afternoons we get two to four patients as well as it is normally something honestly self-explanatory to fix, but however, I was provided a job at the brand new, state of the art hospital that is opening a couple of towns over. I know that I will either have to transfer or make a long commute everyday, but I guess it will be worth it in order to get experience working in the operating room. The new hospital I am in is so small that the heating as well as cooling system is controlled right by the doctor station, that means that if I am too frigid I can just change the temperature of the control unit. When I walked into my first day at the modern hospital, it was freezing cold. It felt like the air conditioner was blasting as well as the training room was about 60 degrees. I was shocked that no one else was complaining about the blasting air conditioning as well as the temperature of the room. I didn’t want to complain since it was my first day, but I am honestly going to have to bring a overcoat tomorrow! I just hope the they turn down the control equipment as the hospital opens as well as we start to accept patients.
