We didn’t absolutely have anything ran tests on because my fantastic friend and I trusted that the realtor did his due diligence.
We have been in the house about a year now plus I feel like everything is falling apart; It seems like every other week something is split plus I feel like my fantastic friend and I can’t catch a split these days. I want to make sure my fantastic friend and I have enough currency save for our future however these house repairs are making it difficult to save currency like I want to, however last year I woke up in the middle of the night covered in sweat plus I was sad that our Heating & A/C system had stopped laboring. I got out of bed plus the thermostat was completely black, it was not laboring at all. The next morning I called our local Heating & A/C company plus made an appointment to have them come out that morning plus inspect our Heating & A/C system. Once the Heating & A/C specialist did his inspection, I could tell by the look on his face that something was wrong. I was absolutely sad that he was going to say my fantastic friend and I would need to have a modern Heating & A/C system installed, but to my disappointment that was exactly what he said to me. I asked for him to send over a quote plus I was shocked at the cost of the upgrade. I knew that it was going to be high-priced to have the modern Heating & A/C system installed, even though I was not ready for the amount he told me!
