The craziest section about the damage was that the tornado had ripped out our air conditioning unit plus hurled it into our neighbor’s backyard, however from the look of the air conditioning unit, the people I was with and I knew it was not usable anymore. Ben had to get someone to unfasten the air conditioning unit from our neighbor’s yard plus put it in the trash. Ben also had to pay for damages to their property plus ours! Ben wanted to make sure they would send the bill for a current A/C unit to our insurance company. The homeowner’s insurance policy was covering all the damage to the property plus the removal of the old air conditioning system. The insurance company said the people I was with and I could wait for the settlement to be put into our checking account, or have the Heating as well as Air Conditioning company come over plus install a current A/C unit plus send the check to them. Ben had to wait for the Heating as well as Air Conditioning company to get a more current A/C unit for us, plus by then they had deposited the settlement into our checking.
