When I moved out of our old apartment, I told our landlord I would get all of the stuff out of the home before the period of our lease was up.
Two afternoons before the end of the month, I went back over to the apartment to get the rest of our clothing, evening stand, the sofa, three carpets, plus window air conditioning unit.
When I walked into the apartment, everything was gone already. My clothes, eveningstand, sofa, carpets, plus window air conditioning unit had been tossed into the dumpster behind the home building. My dad stood there plus took a look around the empty apartment, then asked myself and others where everything went. I looked out the window, plus I could see our things at the top of the dumpster; Dad accompanied myself and others to confront the superintendent. He told myself and others I had 10 more afternoons to get everything out, plus the 10 afternoons were up. My father took the lead at that point, plus told the landlord I still had multiple afternoons on our lease, plus they had no right throwing away any of our personal property. The superintendent got huffy, plus our father read him the riot act. My dad is a skilled lawyer, plus he was quick to point out everything the superintendent had done illegally. Not only did he have to pay for our clothing, eveningstand, sofa, carpets, plus both the window air conditioning units, however he was going to make them deliver to myself and others back the last multiple afternoons of rent that I paid. The superintendent started to bluster something about damage to the apartment, plus our father gave him an evil look. I’m quite sure I will get all of our down payment back, along with our property damage, plus a new current window air conditioning unit.
