One of the first things I wanted to do when I moved into my new home was to get a new HVAC installed. The thing is, I didn’t want to break my budget with something overpriced. Well, I was surprised one day when I was talking to one of my new neighbors who went by the name of Chip. When he learned that I was looking to get a new HVAC in my home, his eyes lit up. I didn’t know what he was so excited about at first, but then he told me that he purchased a brand new HVAC that he had resting in his garage. He said he was planning to have a buddy install it, but his buddy never got around to helping him out with it. He said since he didn’t know what to do with the HVAC, he would sell it to me for half of what he paid for it. This sounded a little too good to be true to me and I was right away asking what was wrong with the HVAC unit. He said there was no issue with it in the least and I could check it out if I wanted. I was surprised because everything was on a pallet and it was all wrapped up nicely like it had never been opened after it was delivered. I opened everything up to check the condition and everything looked good. I ended up having a local contractor install the HVAC in my home. The installation wasn’t too costly, and I couldn’t believe the low price I paid for the new HVAC from my seemingly generous neighbor.
