I am so sick and tired of all of the pollen around here this year! I don’t know what’s going on, but I have been hacking and coughing for weeks now and I am just really getting tired of it.
I want it to go away already.
My voice keeps coming and going, and most of the time when I talk now I sound like a frog. I just want to have better indoor air quality in my house, because I think the pollen is coming into the ventilation system. Of course, I keep hearing about it and feeling sick all the time, so I finally called up my allergy doctor. He said that everyone is having a hard time this year with the pollen levels. He actually told me that I should call my local HVAC company instead of going to the doctor. He said that I should ask to have our ventilation system professionally cleaned and then it would probably help me with my allergies. Apparently the pollen can get into your valuation system and then it messes with your indoor air quality inside your home. I’m going to call in for an appointment for a professional ductwork cleaning, and hopefully that will help me out a lot with my breathing and coughing issues. If it doesn’t work, I don’t know what I’m going to do. I might end up purchasing a whole home air purification system. I have heard some good things about those working well for people with allergies like mine. At this point, I’m ready to try anything just because I’m sick and tired of feeling bad. Luckily for us, we have a really good HVAC company. I know they will steer us in the right direction.
