I made an appointment to get my air conditioning system fixed next week, but I had to use a new heating and cooling company.
My old one went out of business because the owners decided that they were going to retire and start traveling instead of working on air conditioning systems and heating systems for everyone else.
I don’t blame them, but I have to say that I am really going to miss them! They were literally the very best heating and cooling company that I have ever had to deal with in my entire adult life, and that’s the truth. I love my house, but I have had quite a bit of trouble when it comes to my HVAC system. The furnace tears up quite a bit and the air conditioning system seems to always be going on the blink during the summertime. Anyway, as luck would have it, the air conditioning system went down again last week whenever we were having this end of the summer heatwave in the area. We didn’t want to wait around and fix the A/C in the spring because we knew that it would probably end up costing us more money then. So we decided to go ahead and call up a new HVAC company to have them come out to fix it. Now they are coming on Tuesday next week, but I can’t be there at the fixed appointment time. Now I’m worried about leaving them in my house unattended. I felt fine leaving the other guys there because I had known them for years.
