My husband and I live in a cold climate.

We have a very dependable heating and cooling system, however I was looking to get something more than just the traditional central heating system. I like to be well prepared if the main central heater were to ever die. My husband and I rely so much on our gas furnace, and it makes me uncomfortable putting all my trust in a machine that could stop working at any time if the conditions aren’t right. I decided it would be a good idea to have a backup. I went online and did some research about some portable heating and air conditioning systems and that is how I discovered the portable space heater. I will admit I didn’t have a lot of faith in such a small unit at first, and while everything I read about it sounded good, I just couldn’t see how such a small heater would be able to heat up a space well. I decided to talk to the heating and air conditioning professionals in person and ask them all they knew about space heaters. I was pleasantly surprised with their answers and decided to go ahead and take the risk and purchase one from my local HVAC company. They were right! The little space heater did an excellent job of heating up the bedroom, one of the coldest rooms in my house. It did an amazing job keeping me warm through the winter.
