He also wanted to know if we were planning for any changes in our lifestyle in the foreseeable future. All we knew was that we wanted a HVAC system that was going to be energy efficient and efficient in its running cost. We were talking about how efficient the air conditioning unit would be in removing humidity, but he said nothing about humidification. Our house was dry in the wintertime. We needed heat, and it dried out our indoor air so badly that my skin would get flaky and crack. I told him I wanted a humidifier that worked with the furnace. He said he could throw it in for free if I bought the maintenance agreement. My HVAC system has been working perfectly for the past year. I wish I had known about coronavirus back then. I would have had an air purifier included in the installation.
