Can I have the number to the HVAC company?

I have been living in the same apartment complex for nearly five years now.

I love my apartment and I couldn’t find a reason for wanting to move until the last couple months.

I have been having a lot of problems with my HVAC. I knew they had an air purifier installed when they had the new HVAC system installed. I was glad to know about the air purifier when the virus hit. I knew the air purifier wasn’t a foolproof way of keeping coronavirus out of my life, but at least it was a move in the right direction. It surprised me when the heating wouldn’t work. I was afraid that if the heating was out, the air purifier wasn’t working either. I tried adjusting the thermostat to get more heat, but nothing was happening. I talked to my neighbor to see if they were having a problem with their heating. I found out that everyone in the building was experiencing less than perfect heat. An older couple had gone out and purchased a portable space heater so they could be warm enough. I called the landlord to see if he could get some help for us, and he referred to the property management team. I asked the property manager to send a HVAC tech to the building. Instead of a HVAC tech, we got one of the regular maintenance men. While he was there, I asked if he could give me the name and number of the HVAC company that installed the system. He said he couldn’t give that information out, but it was on the furnace downstairs and he wouldn’t stop me from looking.
