Ever since I was a teenager I had the ultimate dream of starting my very own heating and air conditioning company. I had this desire to become a certified heating and cooling expert and totally run the show! I wanted my own HVAC company, my own HVAC worker employees and control over how my business was run. When I got out of high school I right away enrolled in HVAC school and got my certification to become a heating and air conditioning specialist. The first order of business was to get my licence to operate as a business in my city and become an independent heat and a/c worker. From there I slowly started hiring extra HVAC workers on to assist me here and there once I could afford to. And to make a long story short, here we are now 20 years later and my small little independent heat and a/c contractor business is now the biggest heating and air conditioning corporation in the entire city! I actually did it! It took over a decade to reach this point as I just celebrated our 10th anniversary as a full on heating and air conditioning corporation, but I worked hard at it, and my HVAC workers I hired in the beginning helped in making this happen with their dedication and hard work sticking with the job when things were slow in the beginning. So I have them to thank as well. The moral to this story is never give up on your dream, work hard towards it and eventually, your dreams can for sure come true!
