We recently had quite a fright in my neighborhood the other week; There was a pressing explosion noise that the two of us all thought was a home blowing up! All of us were not sure what happened since there was no smoke or fire, and also all houses seemed to be completely intact.
It came to turn out that my neighbor’s water boiler exploded in his basement! Lucky for him no 1 was down there when it happened & no 1 was hurt, and his basement was flooded though and also had tons of debris of the remains from the tepid water boiler.
There had to be a mini river in his basement as a result of this. The neighborhood had to be called to patch some things up. Then a special clean up corporation had to be called to clean up the river in the basement & the remains of the tepid water boiler pieces. It was truly a close call all together, and my buddy had said that he should have got rid of that tepid water boiler years ago but just was too lazy & cheap to do so; But now he had no choice. He said he is now going to get a central heating & air conditioner in his loft that everyone else has. At least with central heating & air conditioner you will never have to worry about something extremely tragic & life risking happening enjoy this! However at the same time, if my buddy had paid attention to the pressure gage on the tepid water boiler he could have avoided the explosion all together.
