I am one of those people who actually buy products on impulse.
This can be good sometimes, but sometimes it can also be a really bad thing.
The bad is what happened just recently. I had bought a small tv monitor to use for online gaming and watching television shows. I did a few seconds of research only before making the decision, and I picked one of the cheapest options possible for a TV monitor because I like to save money when I can. It had fantastic reviews, however my wifey warned me that I might regret it down the line. I genuinely do now. The sound isn’t awful if literally, nothing else made a noise. However, the volume can’t even compete with the HVAC system that I have. The HVAC system is quite new, and the background noise for it is genuinely not overpowering, but it consistently ruins my games or cable shows because my speakers can’t get any louder than the old HVAC cooling system; All I can hear is the fan running, and it entirely frustrates me really bad. When I use headphones on my ears, it is still not loud enough to be able to hear. My gas furnace in the basement did the same thing in the Winter, and I fear that I wasted my money. Heating and air conditioning units, systems as well as equipment are essential for comfort, and now I realize that I should have invested my money into better equipment… Oh well, because I can’t get my money back now. I would rather leave my HVAC system on and save for a better cable style television that I can genuinely hear without issues.
