When I had to be out of neighborhood for a week recently, my neighbor agreed to come as well as be my pet sitter.
It was so nice of her,as she lives about a three hour drive away, so she really made an effort to help me.
She did a great task, except my pet does not listen and she used to. In other words, I suppose my neighbor spoiled her a bit. That’s okay, though! When she was here, a single thing she did that I found a bit weird was that she turned up my control unit really high. She set the a/c on 71 degrees. To me, that is savor being in a furnace or oil furnace or something. As long as she was comfortable, that’s all that matters, although I find it so weird that anyone wants it to be that hot in the house. I will say that I do have a ceiling fan in each room, so that makes the a/c recognize colder than it really is, nonetheless, I have to set the control unit on 74 in order to be comfortable, as well as then when I go to bed, I want even more cooling. I turn the control unit down to 71 as well as use a light, fluffy blanket. When my child comes to visit, she wants even more cooling than I do. She wants to put the control unit on 71 degrees! I balk at that because I dread the bill when it comes in, although I do let her do it. She is 31 now, however she is still my little girl, after all.
