When I bought the perfect sized building for the bakery of my dreams, I was stunned at the cost! I thought I was getting quite a deal on the building, and since I didn’t spend what I expected, I found myself flush with money.
- I was able to buy the best oven, baking equipment, display cases, tables and chairs that I wanted.
I even spent quite a bit of money on the decor of the bakery because I had the money. Well I bought the building in the summertime. I had the A/C pumping and happily worked away. When the weather started getting colder I realized why I got the deal. The bakery had no form of heating system. I only had a central A/C system, desperate, I started hunting around for a quick heating fix. The building is too large to have space gas furnaces do the task. Also, it would look awful and be a waste of electricity with these systems. It looked appreciate the only thing that could handle my building size was a boiler system. A boiler is a legitimately luxurious heating system and I just didn’t have the money… My bakery hadn’t been operational for more than numerous months. I started contemplating taking out a loan when I realized that there are boiler rental businesses. I hastily got on the PC and got a temporary boiler installed in my bakery. I now pay a small rental fee to have heating. What is good is that once the weather heats up I will have them take away the boiler, by that point I will have the money to buy my own when the next Winter arrives.
