I almost punched the rep in the face since he was so darn rude about it! Finally, as I was about to walk out plus simply call our bank to report fraud on our credit card, the manager came out plus quickly reprimanded the rude employee plus finally got myself and others the exchange I advised for the broken Epson printer

Don’t you dislike it when you buy something at a store one day plus then find out it’s broken that same afternoon? It happens. The people I was with and I have to disclose that. It’s definitely not the fault of the store… Factory defects plus things happen. But whenever they do happen you should be able to return the product to the store with a great deal ease plus not have a major headache plus hoops to jump through! I recently went out and bought a brand new Epson printer that did not task right. I actually had bought the Epson printer from the local computer store. I really don’t believe in going to Target plus Walmart for computer things because to be honest, I am constantly distraught I would get terrible products. But of course, this happened at our computer store! When I went to return the Epson printer the next day for an exchange, they gave myself and others all kinds of hassle about the printing device. They said that there was no way that the Epson printer could have been truly faulty like I was telling them. They gave myself and others all this flack left plus right about the return. I almost punched the rep in the face since he was so darn rude about it! Finally, as I was about to walk out plus simply call our bank to report fraud on our credit card, the manager came out plus quickly reprimanded the rude employee plus finally got myself and others the exchange I advised for the broken Epson printer. He even gave myself and others another Epson printer that was supposed to be a little more luxurious for no additional cost that day. This was to make up for the rude hassle.
