I counted wrong

I had signed up for a special deal not so long ago with a local printing repair to print up signs plus posters for the office I currently task in.

And I miscalculated how many signs plus posters I thought I was absolutely going to need.

It turned out I only needed about half of the volume I signed up for. I had to see what I could do to task something out to make sure I did not have to pay for the extra half of signs plus posters. Thankfully, when I called they were not printed yet or there would have been nothing I could have done after the service was done. Since the signs plus posters were not printed yet plus this was extremely shortly after the initial order, I told them I simply didn’t need the deal anymore that I recently signed up for plus if they could please just understand plus fully refund myself and others the difference. Actually, it was refunding the dealer which I represent, not my own account. Because the person in charge at the printing services definitely had this happen to them personally in the past, he broke their first rule of once the deal was set there was no turning back. He was a really nice guy plus luckily he understood all about human error plus miscalculating the overall need of a certain amount of signs plus posters! I was so cheerful about this guy helping me out, because I thought I was going to be in trouble with the tyrannical management at our work. But this guy at the printing repair completely saved the day!
