I get surprised often by how lazily some of our friends & neighbors live their lives. I think both of us can’t control everything & both of us have to be ready to roll with what life gives us. But, having no plan at all seems a bit much. Particularly when it comes to a house. These things need attention. I would love to just walk into our Heating & Air Conditioning controlled new home everyday separate from a care. That would be appealing however super unrealistic. Houses need to be taken care of. This goes double for the appliances both of us depend on in our home. A big one that I see getting neglected all the time is the Heating & Air Conditioning. My neighbor is consistently giving me a strenuous time because I have the Heating & Air Conditioning took care of twice a year. His thinking is that he paid thoUSnds of dollars for the Heating & Air Conditioning so, it should just run. That is sort of sticking your head in the sand as far as the reality of what should be done for the Heating & Air Conditioning. And it caught up to our buddy. He found that after just 12 years, he had to update the Heating & Air Conditioning. I am just over 20 years into our Heating & Air Conditioning & it’s still running strong. My pal hardly even changed the Heating & Air Conditioning air filter. These things have to be changed once a month. Every homeowner worth anything can get that done right? However, I see people all the time who just expect an Heating & Air Conditioning to heat & cool with no help from us. That just makes no sense. So, be a good homeowner & at least change the air filter on the Heating & Air Conditioning once per month.
