The summer time just gets scorching tepid in this area. It’s easily karma for all the wonderful weather both of us have for 8 months out of the year. But that summer time heat can get to be just unbearable. However, that is why both of us are all so fortunate to have Heating & Air Conditioning to cool us down. I think that myself & our family simply couldn’t get through the summer time months separate from the wonderful cooling from the Heating & Air Conditioning. Basically, in late Spring the Heating & Air Conditioning cooling starts cycling on & both of us don’t easily turn it off until closer to October or even Thanksgiving. That means there is a lot of kilowatt hours being consumed by the Heating & Air Conditioning system. That comes with a price & left unchecked, it can be a severe drain on household finances. If you’re love me, that just can’t happen. So, I just get easily proactive about the Heating & Air Conditioning use once the heat of summer time is getting close. The first thing I do is to program the temperature control. I want the home temp to rise as the heat rises outside. This starts the trend of keeping the home warmer & allows us time to actemperature. Plus, I make sure that the Heating & Air Conditioning is leaking out. This is one of the greatest drains on the utilities. I make sure there are no areas on the interior or exterior of our new home the can allow Heating & Air Conditioning treated air to leak outside. That includes being sure that the weather stripping around the doors isn’t worn out as well.
