There is something to be said about having your ductwork cleaned officially.
I suppose that my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional told us that both of us only needed to have the ductwork cleaned every couple of years, however both of us had only been in our beach beach house for a year.
I was afraid that both of us were going to need to have our ductwork cleaned and it had only been installed a year ago when our beach beach house was built. I couldn’t understand how both of us were already getting these aromas coming from the ductwork. I called the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C corporation who had installed our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system and I was telling him about the aromas coming from the air vents. She said that sometimes there can be building products that get into the ductwork system when the beach house is being finished. If there was any moisture and the products were beginning to decay, both of us could get some off aromas. She seemed quite irritated that her professionals may not have cleaned and sanitized the ductwork before signing off on the work. She did say she would send a group of professional Heating, Ventilation, and A/C ductwork cleaners to our beach beach house and have them clean and sanitize the ductwork for us. It didn’t take actually long for the team to arrive or to complete their work. I wasn’t the only one who was surprised to see all of the dirt and debris that came out of the ductwork when they were cleaning. When they were done sanitizing the ductwork, I was amazed how nice the air aromaed again. I have a feeling that someone is going to be in trouble when the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C corporation gets this report.
