Housesitting for people is such an interesting experience! You have the opportunity to live in a current apartment for a while plus experience a unusual kind of life, then however, there are some downsides to housesitting. Their decor plus lifestyle may not be what you are used to, meaning that you don’t have a lot of room for personalization, it also doesn’t help when they don’t have typical Heating & Air Conditioning systems. I am currently housesitting for a neighbor that will be gone for two weeks. I wish that it was Summer because he has central a central that would keep me cool during the Summer days without all of the sound of a window , which is the kind of that I have. However, he doesn’t have a furnace. Instead, he used a wood stove to keep his family moderate all winter… Since it is Winter time now, I have to use the wood stove to keep our family moderate right now! Unluckyly, I have no method how to use a woodstove. I don’t even think how to light a fire. The guy tried to provide me a crash course on using his heating system, although I mostly have forgotten how to use it, then my greatest struggle is keeping the fire going during the night. Usually, when I wake up in the day, it is cold frosty because I did something wrong. I don’t want to wake up a single day plus find that the water pipes are frozen because I forgot to keep the fire going in the heating system. I wish he had a regular furnace.
