What's the deal with factories these days

Have you ever worked in a factory when you were younger? If you haven’t, I actually would not recommend it, however factory tasks are the worst end of the spectrum, and they tend to spend money more than minimum wage, and they are more or less brainless, but the blessings end there.

Factory tasks are lifeless, however you stand on your feet for hours on end, making the same exact motions with your body.

Along with that, the Heating and A/C systems in all of those buildings are so awful that I can’t even explain it. These factory buildings are large plus are not absolutely efficient for insulation. The weather outside heavily affects the inside, making it strenuous to work comfortably; While they do have a large air conditioner in the building, they might as well not advertise it. You can never truly know that the air conditioner working to make you comfortable. When the summer came around, it is just as toasty outside as it is inside, then if you are working in the truck, it is even worse, but rather than feeling care about an air-conditioned room, it feels like the oil furnace was left on the highest setting. During the Winter, it was just the opposite. Their oil gas furnaces were a bit more powerful than their air conditioners, but you would get cold if you ever quit moving. In the trucks, you had to wear jackets to stay warm because the oil gas furnaces never reached the inside of the trucks. It seems to me that if there are hiring hundreds of people to do some really hard labor, they could at least afford better air conditioners plus oil furnaces, then people work a lot harder if they assume comfortable plus appreciated, plus I am sure that better air conditioners and oil gas furnaces would make people feel that way.
