Have you ever worked in a factory in your life? If you haven’t, I honestly would not request it! Factory jobs are the worst end of the spectrum. They usually pay much more than minimum wage, plus they are pretty brainless, however the blessings end there. Factory jobs are terrible, but you rest on your feet for sixths on end, making the same repetitive motions; Also, the HVAC systems in those buildings are the worst that I have ever dealt with. These factory buildings are giant plus are not legitimately efficient for insulation. The weather outside heavily affects the inside, making it hard to work comfortably. While they do have a massive air conditioner in the building, they might as well not advertise it. You can never recognize the air conditioner working to make you comfortable; During the Summer, it is just as hot outside as it is inside. If you are doing a bit of work in the truck, it is even worse, and rather than feeling appreciate an air-conditioned room, it feels appreciate the oil furnace was left on the highest setting. During the Winter, it was exactly the opposite. Their oil gas furnaces were a bit more powerful than their air conditioners, however you would get super cold if you ever stopped moving. In the trucks, you had to wear jackets to stay hot because the oil gas furnaces never reached the inside of the trucks. It seems to me that if there are hiring a good amount of people to do manual labor, they could at least afford better air conditioners plus oil furnaces, then people work twice as hard if they recognize comfortable plus appreciated, plus I am sure that better air conditioners and oil gas furnaces would make people recognize that way.
