The ship needed some a/c

I’m a little bit claustrophobic.

  • Not all small spaces make me uncomfortable, however I try to be prepared & avoid them as much as possible.

When our family decided to book a trip on a cruise ship, I began to panic a little. I didn’t care about the sound of being stuck on a ship or having a condo that was too small. When I looked at the multiple condo chances online, I realized that I couldn’t afford a greater state room. In order to make the most of the small room I booked, I did a lot of research & tried to prepare as much as possible. One of the worst things about being stuck in a small space, is the lack of air. I think care about the walls are caving in, & care about there isn’t enough oxygen in the room. To avoid feeling claustrophobic in our cabin, I purchased multiple portable fans. They were lightweight & really collapsible to fit into our suitcase. When I arrived at our cabin, I hastily unpacked our portable fans & turned them on. I found the control component next, & turned the a/c on to 75 degrees. I was shocked to think the a/c blowing through not a single, but three vents! My small condo was cooled & the air was flowing within hours. I’m so thankful for a fantastic HVAC plan on that cruise ship, because it entirely made our tiny room more bearable. I must not be the only man who needs significant airflow in order to think less claustrophobic.
