The people I was with and I could either invest in a boiler system, which would provide heat plus humidity, or the two of us could go with a gas gas furnace, but either way, our air duct needed to be repaired, so that cost was assumed in both cases, however getting a current boiler program would be more costly, however it would be much more effective for heating the loft plus keeping it warm, but meanwhile, the gas gas furnace would abruptly heat the loft plus not require as extensive of an replacement.
