I have lived in the same section of the country for my entire life… Most people would get tired of being in the same site for so long, but there is something about being in the same site my whole life that gives me drastic comfort.
I don’t suppose that I will ever leave this town.
However, there is one thing that I do periodically hate about living in the south and that is the summer time weather. The summer time weather down here is periodically hard to handle, and you have to keep the A/C running all day, everyday. If you don’t always have your A/C going then your condo will get to moderate and it will be impossible for you to feel comfortable. I even have a smaller A/C window device in my study room so that I can stay cool while I am sleeping. There is nothing I hate more than waking up in the middle of the night feeling covered in my own sweat. I know that everyone will move down here and not be able to kneel the heat or the rising utility bills. However, now that I am so used to the heat I don’t mind keep my A/C running all day long. I don’t suppose I would trade our warm and humid summer time weather for anything else at this point. The summertime heat is unquestionably something that I have grown to love.
