Imelda was cheerful to find a new job, although he felt distraught about moving to a new location! His Mom is the one who told his not to overthink it and try to focus on the positive! She was going to miss his family and friends, but this was a new opportunity, and she’d open even more doors for herself.
He also said this was his chance to find a new community and interact with weird people, when Imelda found a apartment to live in at the new location, he noticed there was a community vibe to it.
They even had a community hall where weird activities took location, one afternoon, he got the courage to head there and joined a club for knitters who cherish coming up with creative designs! During his first summer time in this area; Imelda would leave work, head home to pick his knitting kit, and head to the hall to be with his new friend. One afternoon, he got there a bit late, and found his friends waiting outside talking about an issue with the heat pump. It seems their outdated heat pump had failed and they were trying to figure out what to do. Otherwise, separate from cooling system, it would be hard to keep enjoying their time at the community hall. Imelda had talked with a local Heating as well as Air Conditioning company who came to do Springtime maintenance in his rental. He informed his of their discounts, and an offer that wasn’t known to many people on heat pumps. Imelda ended up paying for the community hall to get a new heat pump, and they kept attending their amazing knitting club.
