The apartment had decent A/C

I count myself fortunate just to be a homeowner because I definitely didn’t think it was ever going to happen, then right out of college, I got the cheapest home I could find in order to be saving for a downpayment, however and let me tell you, that first loft was the bare basics, then I think the heating and air conditioning unit in that place was twice as old as I was.

Eventually, I moved closer to work and found a basement loft that suited our needs much better. At least I had fine residential heating and air conditioning in that apartment. Still, as much as I saved, a down payment on a house just seemed so far in the distance. I work in public maintenance so it’s not love I am going to get rich. At the same time, I am college educated and consider myself a professional. So it seemed like there ought to be a way to build equity instead of just paying rent. That’s just what a group of our friends and I did. We decided to pool our money together in order to own a house and build equity. After getting the legal stuff out of the way to protect all of our interests, all we had to do was find the house. We found a wonderful house that is more than 2 stories tall which suited our needs perfectly. We also found that the ductless heat pumps installed on each floor also suited our individual residential heating and air conditioning needs perfectly. I live on the top floor as I’m the only single man with the other several floors going to the couples. The ductless heat pump in our living space is amazing and I get the best quality heating and air from that thing.
