We decided to pool our money together in order to own a house and build equity. After getting the legal stuff out of the way to protect all of our interests, all we had to do was find the house. And we found a great house that is three stories which suited our needs perfectly. We also found that the ductless heat pumps installed on each floor also suited our individual residential HVAC needs perfectly. I live on the top floor as I’m the only single person with the other two floors going to the couples.
