Ductless HVAC was solution to group homeownership

And we found a great house that is three stories which suited our needs perfectly.

I count myself lucky just to be a homeowner because I really didn’t think it was ever going to happen. Right out of college, I got the cheapest apartment I could find in order to be saving for a downpayment. And let me tell you, that first apartment was the bare basics. I think the HVAC equipment in that place was twice as old as I was. Eventually, I moved closer to work and found a basement apartment that suited my needs much better. At least I had decent residential HVAC in that apartment. Still, as much as I saved, a down payment on a house just seemed so far in the distance. I work in public service so it’s not like I’m going to get rich. At the same time, I’m college educated and consider myself a professional. So it seemed like there ought to be a way to build equity instead of just paying rent. That’s just what a group of my friends and I did. We decided to pool our money together in order to own a house and build equity. After getting the legal stuff out of the way to protect all of our interests, all we had to do was find the house. And we found a great house that is three stories which suited our needs perfectly. We also found that the ductless heat pumps installed on each floor also suited our individual residential HVAC needs perfectly. I live on the top floor as I’m the only single person with the other two floors going to the couples. The ductless heat pump in my living space is amazing and I get the best quality heating and air from that thing.
