My attempt at HVAC repair failed miserable

I fancy myself a fairly good handyman when it comes to household projects, and I should be given the fact that I grew up at the knee of a master.

My old guy was always stepping out of the central air conditioning of the house to work in the garage. It wasn’t that he was a huge motorcar guy but the garage was basically his workshop. I followed that man everywhere and was his chief flashlight holder and cheerleader; Additionally, I learned a lot about many odd disciplines when it comes to being mechanically inclined. And that has served me well as an adult and as a homeowner. But apparently, I can’t read easily well, but or maybe I should say I can’t read heating and air conditioning warranties at all, this is the only thing I can figure when it came to me not knowing that I was voiding the heating and air conditioning warranty by laboring on the heating and air conditioning equipment, had I just taken the time to read the heating and air conditioning warranty I’d still have a valid warranty on the gas oil furnace I tried to fix. I came home late one Friday afternoon to find the gas furnace not running! Nothing I could do would make it come back on so I started just looking for anything apparent. That’s when I found a burnt out switch that I promptly replaced with one from the home improvement store. Unluckily, not only did I not read the heating and air conditioning warranty but I also got a non factory section which instantly failed. This further messed up the gas oil furnace to where I finally called the heating and air conditioning professionals. And they were the ones to tell me that I had no more warranty on the heating and air conditioning unit because of my attempt at repairing it.
