I count myself lucky just to be a homeowner because I easily didn’t think it was ever going to happen, and right out of school, I got the cheapest house I could find in order to be saving for a downpayment! And let me tell you, that first house was the bare basics.

After getting the legal stuff out of the way to protect all of our interests, all we had to do was find the house. And we found a good house with numerous stories which suited our needs perfectly. We also found that the ductless heat pumps installed on each floor also suited our individual residential air conditioning needs perfectly. I live on the top floor as I’m the only single person with the other numerous floors going to the couples. The ductless heat pump in my living space is amazing and I get the best quality heating and air from that thing.
