I am really grateful for my tenacity over the past year in weathering the storms of my life.
I felt like really just giving up on life after a series of bad luck hit me in a short amount of time. I lost my dad, wife, savings, and health all in the matter of about a year of time. I was sitting on rock bottom for about a year after that till deciding that it was time to rise up again. The HVAC company kept me going while I was down and out by giving me simple things to do like heating and cooling equipment inventory and heat pump sales. I didn’t do much besides that because I just didn’t have the energy to do anything else. But the heating dealership kept me going and I have them to thank for sticking with me when I really didn’t feel like doing any HVAC equipment sales or inventory. I had a lot of talks with the boss and she kept me feeling like I could make it through it all in the end. She has been in the HVAC industry for a long time and started as an HVAC specialist long ago working on heating and cooling devices and installing radiant heated floors for her local business. She has been instrumental in my mental recovery, although I still have a ways to go, and I am really grateful for someone helping me the way she did.
