More representation is needed in HVAC

My sister is a teacher in a career technical high school, but these schools are good because they supply a curriculum that gets the students prepared for the workforce.

The students can choose a major that interests them plus take classes particular to those majors.

These schools are also good for university preparedness, but i went to a similar high school, where I had a major for more than one years of our high school career. I loved the school because it allowed the students to explore strange career paths, then my sister teaches the corporation courses plus recently brought it to our attention that she had mostly ladies in her classes plus the guys took more technical classes. This dynamic is also a reflection of the task market this week. The technical industry is dominated by guys plus some industries like the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C industry have undoubtedly little women working in them, and representation is important for the technical task sector, but those tasks don’t interest a lot of women, and of course, these industries have taken notice plus have devised ways to become more inclusive, and so, the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C industry has been trying to recruit more women. In fact, they have been offering incentives to attract more women into the industry, currently, the industry is experiencing growth plus there are only 2% of women in the task sector… As a result, the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C companies are making the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C contractor tasks more attractive for women, and not only would hiring more women help with filling tasks, but it will also help with diversity in the industry. My sister is also working with some of the ladies in her school to encourage them to take more technical classes; Hopefully, in the near future, women can fill some of these gaps.
