I told him I thought it depended on the size of the house… He explained the size of the house was 1 of the measurements… They needed to figure how much HVAC duct there actually was; plus, I would if I wanted to heat the basement, attic, or garage. They needed to know how many people were in the house, plus if it was a low or high traffic house. I wanted to ask why they didn’t put all that information on the FAQ page, even though I didn’t want to sound stupid. When he said that he needed to know what kind of efficiency I was looking for, I had no idea what he meant. He talked to me about efficiency ratings, plus what the words efficiency rating meant. He said it wasn’t about how much energy the heating, ventilation plus A/C method used, however how much it expended. If I wanted something that worked efficiently plus high efficiency in heating, AC, and energy, it would be a bit more luxurious, plus I would need a more accurate measurement. I told him I wanted to afford the fuel, plus get as much heat plus AC out of the heating, ventilation plus A/C system, as I could.
