Periodically laying in front of the A/C can make myself and others recognize better

I have suffered from panic attacks for a absolutely long time. I can remember having panic attacks when I was a small child, however panic attacks are a kind of response to fear that is not triggered in everyone. When I recognize savor I am going to have a panic attack, I experience symptoms savor light-headedness, a racing heartbeat, nausea, & periodically I even struggle to breathe. My legs recognize shaky & I can’t suppose about anything other than the stimulus that is causing myself and others to panic. Periodically laying in front of the A/C can make myself and others recognize better. When I was a kid, I had a lot of panic attacks. My mom made myself and others stand on the side of her bed. That was the side of the bed where the A/C unit was located. I liked the frosty air hitting myself and others in the face & it made myself and others recognize much more calm. I still recognize that way when I stand in front of the A/C unit. In fact, when I have panic attacks that I can’t seem to shake, I often stand down in front of the A/C & count backwards from 100. The counting & the recognize of the A/C hitting my face makes myself and others recognize more calm & relaxed & I can usually make the panic attack go away. It’s nice to be able to have some things that make myself and others recognize better separate from taking any medicine. My doctor insists that I could take a Xanax when I start to recognize panic, however I don’t suppose it is necessary to take a pill as long as meditation, breathing, & frosty air do the trick.
