I decided to schedule a tune-up for the cooling system in my home, however it didn’t seem to be operating efficiently, then the component was staying on for hours & hours & not shutting off.
I contacted the heating & A/C service service, when I had 2 weeks in a row when the energy bill was much higher than I anticipated. I also felt much less airflow coming from the air vents. I contacted the Professional Heating & A/C service repair & busy an A/C tune-up. The lady on the iPhone said that a tune-up would be able to find any troubles if there was undoubtedly an issue with the ac. The lady on the iPhone also reminded me that the cooling system can only remove so much heat & humidity from the air. If it’s 100° outside during the morning, I cannot expect the cooling system to cool the new home to 69 degrees without some type of concern or wear & tear. I busy the cooling system service repair for Monday. The service repair supplier checked all of the refrigerant levels & looked for leaks, then he also checked the electrical & physical linkions. He cleaned that outdoor condenser & the section around the machine. He also cleaned the condensing drainage system. It was filled with yellow algae, but as the guy was cleaning out the drainage system, I saw all of the algae come out the other side. It was undoubtedly gross & disgusting. The service professional thought that could be one of the reasons why the A/C was not working entirely efficiently.
